In accordance with its missions, AFNOR’s Standardization Coordination and Steering Committee (CCPN) has developed the French standardization strategy

The French Standardization Strategy outlines the main areas of action of the French standardization system for the coming years. The 2019 edition of the French Standardization Strategy raises the profile of major ongoing or future standardization projects, through a cross-functional summary of the sectoral strategic orientations established by the 15 strategic orientation committees, directly linked to the activities of AFNOR and of the Sectoral Standardization Bureaux. It naturally includes the programs of European and international standardization bodies.
